The NAS organization has been building a program to drive more efficiency and productivity to how we develop, deliver and deploy products and capabilities. As a Data Product Manager on the NAS Product and Business Operations team, this individual will work within NAS and GMNS stakeholders to design reporting & metrics to help drive insights, understand product performance and enable informed management decisions.
Reporting to the Director of NAS Business Planning & Reporting, the individual will work across NAS to develop dashboards which represent NAS products’ contribution to the GMNS business. These dashboards for senior leadership will reflect OKR & KPI tracking, target metrics for success, and the impact of technology investment on the GMNS business. Leading stakeholder partnerships across the NAS Product organization will be a key responsibility for understanding strategic goals and metrics that quantify products’ success. Partnering with the broader GMNS analytics team to build these leadership dashboards, this individual will lead the effort to progress the organization to more data-driven investment in NAS products.

How will you make an impact in this role?
Works across Analytics teams to design dashboards that support senior product leadership needs, including transaction volume trends, metrics for success, card member adoption, authorization rates, and geographical coverage
Leads stakeholder partnerships with product teams to collect and collaborate on requirements which will form the strategic roadmap for the metrics dashboards
Consults with product teams, inside and outside of NAS, on how/where they enable metrics collection for new product features so metrics can be sourced for the dashboard.
Works across NAS leadership to identify other reporting needs to drive better management oversight.
Marks key product launches in the dashboard and investigates the nuances in the data to determine what success can be directly attributed to said launches
Leads partnership with TRACE and NIC teams to ensure data reporting is visualized in a clean manner that accurately conveys the most important product story lines
Partners closely with their Director and VP to craft data-driven insights for product leadership
Minimum Qualifications:
Experience as a data product manager working with data engineers to create clear, concise, and accurate reporting dashboards. Cornerstone experience is a plus.
Experience working across teams to identify reporting needs, identify data sourcing opportunities & develop reporting solutions
Ability to communicate across different teams & band levels to achieve outcomes.
Ability to build storylines using data to support trends & opportunities.
Excellent project management skills to deliver on commitments
Understanding of dashboard tools, with some experience in Power BI preferred.
Initial Success Criteria:
Develop and maintain reporting that is used by NAS product leadership to drive product strategy & measure results
Ongoing insight into product teams’ strategic goals via regular partnership touch bases with product teams
Clear insight into how product teams incorporate tracking in their product initiatives to inform sourcing of dashboard data
A framework for how investments in specific products drive success metrics of NAS product organization
Bringing analytics teams’ along on our strategic journey and influencing what a successful NAS business reporting dashboard looks like
Qualifications
Salary Range: $123,000.00 to $215,250.00 annually bonus benefits
