The role Analyst – Risk Management – US Consumer AMP Strategy will be responsible for supporting the business requirements from risk strategy perspective for migration from CAS to AMP. The role is a B30 position within the Global Consumer Customer Management Team, part of the Consumer Credit Risk organization and reports into Senior Manager, US Consumer Credit Concerns and AMP Strategy

Key responsibilities:

  • Perform data analysis specific to customer management strategies to inform and optimize AMP requirements

  • Partner with multiple constituents across the enterprise, especially RPDS, GSG and Tech to enable execution of credit risk strategies in POA AMP platform, moving over from CAS.

  • Partner with functional risk strategy owners across markets and functions to understand existing processes and translate into functional requirements

  • Support end to end testing before, during and post release

  • Provide testing and post-production support and transition delivered journey to functional teams

  • Support preparation of updates to senior strategy leaders and get inputs on relevant items

  • Track post launch volumes and prepare MIS specific to AMP journey launches

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree in statistics, econometrics, operations research, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field of study

  • Intellectual curiosity and learning agility needed to explore and evaluate new ideas

  • Strong analytical acumen, problem solving, project management skills with demonstrated proficiency in managing multiple projects simultaneously

  • Excellent professional communication skills – clear, logical, and structured

  • Rigorous and analytical approach to problem-solving, decision-making, and prioritization

Qualifications

Salary Range: $55,000.00 to $105,000.00 annually bonus benefits
