How will you make an impact in this role?

Job Description:

Joining International Card Services business, this person will play a crucial role in driving transformation and business model effectiveness, provide program administration and project management support to optimize sales processes, and ensuring cross-functional collaboration with Global Commercial Services - G&L team as well as other internal areas.

The incumbent will be an integral member of the Transformation Management Office, helping to drive the day-to-day management, tracking, and reporting of the programs and strategic projects in charge and will report into the VP of Foreign Currency Solutions.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

  • Develop reports and dashboards to track performance and key metrics.

  • Key point of contact and PMO for multiple strategic and transformational projects within FCS.

  • Manage E2E project planning across multiple works streams.

  • Program execution and delivery: Oversee program milestones, timelines, and deliverables to ensure alignment with program strategy and objectives. Monitor and manage resolution of dependencies, gaps, risks &issues, and change requests.

  • Drive coordination of activities across various teams including sales, marketing, product and technology to ensure the end-to-end solution is stitched together appropriately to meet the business standards. 

  • Communicate program progress, updates, risks, escalations, and outcomes to program leadership. Drive communication across the various stakeholder teams to ensure integrity of the end-to-end solution.

  • Performance oversight: Manage the program’s budget to optimize resources, and technology capacity across the dependent teams. Manage the program’s objectives and key results (OKRs) and the tracking and reporting of the program metrics. 

  • Lead weekly Program/Project calls to capture actions that drives clear ownership, decision making, risk management and accountability.

  • Prepare various committee reporting and weekly communications.

  • Develop central repository of Project Management tools and templates and serve as go-to subject matter resource.

  • Liaise between FCS central PMO and other project governance teams as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5 years of relevant experience in global payments, ideally within Program Management, Project Management, and/or Product & Platform Management.

  • Results oriented: Proven track record of coordinating between Business, Product, Platform Delivery, and Technology teams to deliver key strategic projects.

  • Passion for execution: Passion to drive program execution and delivery in a fast-moving and innovative environment.

  • Project management: Exceptional project management skills with flawless organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Product experience: A strong understanding of user experience and design principles to ensure the product meets market needs.

  • Highly collaborative: Ability to collaborate with and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver value beyond traditional means.

  • Effective communicator and influencer: Ability to influence key partners and executive stakeholders. Excellent communication skills, proficient in developing excellent quality presentations and deliverables for an executive audience.

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities. Effectively manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

  • Collaboration and teamwork – work well with cross-functional teams.

  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and can adjust strategies based on evolving business needs.

  • Resilience and persistence – ability to maintain a proactive approach to problem-solving.

  • Business level fluency Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
