Description

The BTC Senior Immigration Manager (Global) oversees Apple’s short-term business traveler population as part of the Business Traveler Compliance (BTC) Team, ensuring compliance with global immigration and labor laws, Posted Worker Directive Regulations, government audits and internal travel policies. This position requires end-to-end management of the business visa, visa exemption and short-term work permit process, ensuring excellent customer service to business travelers, internal stakeholders and senior leaders. The successful candidate will be a highly experienced subject matter expert in the field of global immigration, with the ability to advise and consult on complex issues, work independently on high-level projects, problem solve and identify solutions for time-critical business travel.

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least 5 years experience managing business travel immigration services for a large, multi-national tech company.

  • At least 8 years customer-facing experience in a global visa services company

  • Immigration related employment history in APAC market, ideally China, Vietnam and/or Singapore.

  • Minimum BA/BS or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience meeting with government authorities on behalf of clients to advocate business needs within constraints of existing immigration and labor laws, ideally in APAC.
