How will you make an impact in this role?
As the Director – Travel and Leisure Services (TLS) Marketing Analytics & Strategy, you will lead a high-impact team responsible for applying advanced analytics to TLS marketing campaigns, customer engagement strategies, and loyalty initiatives. This leader will serve as the voice of marketing analytics within TLS, providing insights that elevate TLS’ role in the broader Consumer Marketing Engine and directly shape how we design, measure, and optimize marketing initiatives.
You will oversee segmentation, benefits and offers analytics, and campaign measurement across channels—ensuring TLS delivers precision analytics, data-driven recommendations, and clear execution strategies that strengthen Card Member engagement and partner value. How will you make an impact in this role?
Responsibilities include:
Lead TLS Marketing Analytics to deliver insights that strengthen customer engagement, loyalty, and marketing effectiveness.
Develop and apply customer segmentation and targeting analytics to refine personalization, optimize benefits, and design relevant campaigns.
Build and manage marketing measurement frameworks to evaluate campaign effectiveness, ROI, and attribution across channels utilizing a test and learn mindset.
Deliver clear, actionable recommendations that marketing, partnerships, and product teams can execute with precision.
Elevate TLS’ presence in the Consumer Marketing Engine by embedding analytics into campaign planning, targeting, and measurement.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analysts and managers, fostering expertise in segmentation, benefits and offers analytics, and campaign performance measurement.
Minimum Qualifications:
At least 9 years of relevant professional experience in marketing analytics, customer insights, or campaign measurement.
Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (e.g., statistics, economics, data science, engineering, math).
Expertise in marketing analytics methods, including segmentation, predictive modeling, ROI/attribution, and multivariate testing.
Strong ability to partner with marketing, partnerships, and product leaders to embed analytics into strategy and execution.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree in a quantitative field.
Proven success applying analytics to marketing campaigns, customer engagement, and loyalty strategies.
Experience delivering clear recommendations that translate into measurable business outcomes.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present analytics in a compelling, executive-ready manner.
Leadership experience building and motivating high-performing analytics teams.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $150,000.00 to $225,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
