We are looking for a talented Executive Administrative Assistant to join our Team specializing in general management for our Industrial Business segment.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Coordinates documents, gathers and inputs data related to assigned administrative support duties for a team, department, function or other organizational leader/group. Completes work with a limited degree of supervision.

  • Plan and manage Executive Calendars including but not limited to; travel, face-to-face meetings, conferences and small to large events.

  • Provides administrative support by conducting research, accurately preparing statistical reports, presentations and addressing routine to complex information requests on various departmental related activities.

  • Accurately prepare and submit all expense forms/reports in a timely manner, responding to inquiries from accounts payable.

  • Participates as a Team Member on departmental related business improvement assignments and projects as needed. Perform other routine to complex administrative activities as needed.

Qualifications

Education, Licenses, Certifications

  • High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.

Compensation and Benefits

Please note that the salary range provided is a good faith estimate on the applicable range. The final salary offer will be determined after considering relevant factors, including a candidate’s qualifications and experience, where appropriate.

Responsibilities

To be successful in this role you will need the following:

  • Requires significant relevant work experience or specialized skills obtained through education, training or on-the-job experience.

  • 5 – 7 years of executive administrative experience required, financial acumen preferred.

  • Ideal candidate will be detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task, take ownership and drive a project/task effectively and efficiently.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with ability to learn new systems required to do the job effectively. Knowledge of Concur, SAP, Ariba System preferred.

  • Ability to work from anywhere within the US Central Time Zone or Calgary, Alberta Mountain Time Zone during the hours of 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
