The Digital Banking team is seeking a Digital Portfolio Manager to support our Payments and Banking Portfolio Management teams. We are building a banking and payments platform that enables teams to create products at scale and powers digital channels to deliver compelling experiences in a dramatically faster fashion

In this role, you will enable the success of the Banking and Payments product and engineering teams by designing, implementing, and managing efficient tools and processes that drive delivery excellence. You will establish and optimize business processes to support product execution, maintain unified domain backlogs and roadmaps, and track key initiatives to ensure timelines are met while proactively identifying risks and dependencies. Additionally, you will lead the product governance process , ensuring alignment with stakeholder needs and supporting smooth, consistent operations through clear documentation and process management.
Responsibilities:
Conduct analysis and reporting to support effective operations, strategic planning, and execution of digital product management initiatives and special projects.
Create and oversee portfolio-level dashboards and reports to ensure comprehensive visibility into portfolio health, risk, and delivery progress.
Consolidate status updates from project teams to provide leadership with actionable insights.
Facilitate gating reviews for large initiatives with external partners, ensuring readiness and quality at each phase of delivery
Facilitate cross-functional dependency management and milestone alignment.
Tracks and visualizes product outcomes with clearly defined metrics and targets
Promote transparency through consistent updates, dashboards, and review forums.
Align release schedules and readiness between internal Banking teams and partners like FIS, ensuring all dependencies, approvals, and timelines match.
Create and maintain templates, playbooks, and best-practice guides for consistent project execution
Sends external communications on behalf of the portfolio to increase transparency across stakeholders and business partners
Facilitates teamwork and alignment between cross-functional teams including engagement, design, analytics, engineering, and experimentation and helps to identify and resolve any risks in the plans
Fosters collaboration and transparency between product and business teams
Qualifications:
5 years of experience in program/project management or PMO operations, ideally within technology or financial services.
Proven record of accomplishment managing large, complex initiatives and coordinating across multiple partners and stakeholders.
Strong understanding of governance, planning, and delivery frameworks (Agile/SDLC).
Experience coordinating releases and managing dependencies with external partners such as FIS.
Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage and influence technical and non-technical teams across a global organization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the ability to develop clear reporting and metrics that drive data-informed decisions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively.
Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Experience or knowledge in Payments and Banking preferred.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master’s or MBA preferred.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
