Job Description

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Manager to oversee and drive the execution of complex business operations and marketing initiatives. This role will lead internal and external cross-functional teams to launch and optimize a variety of projects. Serving as a facilitator, the Project Manager will guide teams using Agile practices and frameworks to enhance team efficiency. The ideal candidate will have a collaborative and supportive approach, thrive in a dynamic and creative environment, and focus on implementing effective project management practices and operational improvements

In this Role You Will:

Serve as a facilitator for a cross-functional team, overseeing various workstreams from project inception to analytics and reporting.

· Develop and define project plans, allocate resources, manage risks, and track milestones to ensure timely project delivery using management tools and frameworks.

· Manage projects day-to-day, track progress, and collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure deadlines are met and objectives are achieved within budget.

· Identify and resolve bottlenecks and communication barriers, optimize processes for efficiency and clarity, and provide escalation management when needed.

· Organize and lead team meetings, including agenda preparation, distribution of materials, and follow-up actions.

· Maintain project documentation and standard operating procedures to enhance process effectiveness and improve team operations.

· Collaborate with team leaders to prioritize and support initiatives related to business objectives, talent development, and change management.

· Provide insights on industry trends and advocate for innovative ideas that drive results.

· Foster team collaboration and learning to enhance knowledge sharing and break down silos.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent advanced certifications relevant to project management methodologies (SCRUM) are a plus.

  • 5-10 years of experience in project or program management, with a strong focus on operations and campaign execution.

  • Understanding of project management practices and scrum frameworks, preferably with experience using relevant software tools.

  • Familiarity with marketing best practices and digital communication channels.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage projects and prioritize competing deadlines.

  • Proven track record of operational execution, change management, and effective cross-functional collaboration.

  • Strategic thinking ability with experience in leadership and building interpersonal relationships.

  • Proficiency in developing clear communications and presentations for stakeholders.

  • Versatile, people-oriented, and known for being a connector and problem solver.

Individual compensation paid within this range will depend on many factors including geographic location,and we may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range. Salary: $94,000 - $178,500
