Description
This is an exciting opportunity, to be part of the Apple TV Finance team. You will work with cross-functional teams supporting accounting responsibilities for Content Costs, Original Content Services and second market revenues. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to coordinating the quarterly close process for content accruals and amortization, review purchase requisitions/order for Original Content Services (OCS i.e. Localization, Mastering, Key Art, and Archival Costs), assist in accruals and title allocations for OCS, assist in customer set-up and invoicing. The right person for this role will be hands on and should be able to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while juggling multiple priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
2+ years of accounting/finance experience required
Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
Preferred Qualifications
5+ years of accounting/finance experience required
Television production or entertainment media experience
Public accounting or large corporation experience
Experience with SAP, Tableau, and advanced knowledge of Excel preferred
Exceptionally detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Demonstrated ability to take initiative, manage multiple projects, grasp new concepts, problem solve
Ability to work comfortably with high level of ambiguity and complexity
Strong teamwork and communication skills
