The Colleague Strategic Partner (CSP) team for Global Commercial Services (GCS) supports over 4,000 colleagues. GCS serves millions of business customers around the world, from mom-and-pop shops to approximately 60% of the Fortune 500. Their vision is to be essential to our customers’ businesses every day.
How will you make an impact in this role?
Specifically, the Director, CSP role will serve as the lead CSP for Marketing and specific functions in Products. The successful candidate will be accountable for executing on our vision of delivering a great colleague experience; growing the best talent; and developing new ways of working to unlock enterprise value. The Director, CSP will support leaders and their teams on talent, performance, and change efforts that will enable their groups to reach their strategic business goals.
Responsibilities:
Providing high impact consultation and solutions to our business leaders using a practical and data-driven approach
Engaging actively in organizational effectiveness and change efforts, serving as the expert in how change is led and sustained
Building and leading a talent strategy that drives business performance, nurtures a culture that supports agility, and develops leaders who can lead, manage, and sustain change
Setting and holding a high bar for performance by defining high/low performance and holding leaders accountable to managing their talent against these standards
Understanding and improving the ‘moments that matter’ in the careers of our colleagues
Being proactive in the development, engagement, retention and succession of critical talent
Ensuring colleague growth, including senior leaders, through performance coaching and developmental feedback
Integrating inclusive leadership behaviors and ensuring a diverse workforce that is representative of our customers and the communities in which we operate
Providing insights to senior leadership to define, communicate and embed the business strategy
Develop products, processes and tools informed by colleague data and insights. Co-creating with business leaders and CEG colleagues to ensure the solutions meet business needs
Minimum Qualifications
Strategic thinking: develop ideas that drive meaningful colleague experiences and competitive advantage, staying steps ahead of business strategy
Data and Insights: demonstrated ability to work with large sets of data with accuracy from multiple places to develop insights, make decisions, create solutions, and drive continuous improvement.
Business acumen: understand business strategy, plans, and the impact of internal and external factors
Change leadership: experience leading colleagues and teams through change to enable business priorities
Ability to influence and collaborate at all levels to drive business outcomes
Ability and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment with quality and speed
Ability to prioritize independently amongst competing deliverables and leadership teams
Knowledge of multiple CEG disciplines, including colleague labor relations, talent management, inclusion and diversity, organizational effectiveness, compensation, and leadership development
A global mindset and experiences with different countries and cultures
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous HR Business Partner experience preferred

Salary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
