Enthusiastic Greeter needed for our 1st UNIQLO Chicago Flagship Store - Opening fall 2015!!

Position Overview:
 

The Greeter is highly visible and will be among the first to welcome guests to our UNIQLO Flagship Store on the Magnificent Mile! We are looking for an upbeat individual who enjoys speaking to the public and prides themselves on providing excellent customer service.

 
Key Responsibilities:

* Greets customers as they enter and exit the store using UNIQLO’s 6 standard phrases

* Assists customers in a friendly and helpful manner

* Provides information and directions to guests regarding the UNIQLO store and surrounding attractions

* Handles customer inquiries in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

* Projects a professional image while adhering to the UNIQLO dress code

* Monitors area to ensure a secure environment and reports problems to Manager on Duty
* Assists management to identify and resolve loss prevention issues (internal/external theft)
* Provides product and brand knowledge to customers

* Maintains cleanliness of front entrance
 

Requirements:

* High School Diploma or GED
* Strong interpersonal skills

* Knowledge of Magnificent Mile general Chicago area
* Ability to stand for long periods of time
* Ability to work a flexible schedule that meets the business needs, including evenings and weekends

* Experience in theater and/or public speaking is preferred, but not required
