This position requires an individual who isn’t afraid to tackle tough problems and to context switch quickly. Description

  • Your role will be to improve the efficiency and productivity of user privacy by building tools.

  • Work across the organization using skills from web development, iOS apps, to automation.

  • You will be touching new systems each week, pitching new ideas, and actively working on the future of privacy at Apple.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience

  • 3+ years practical background in software engineering and client development

  • Passion for great user experience and privacy

  • Proficiency in full-stack web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, ES6, React, Node.js, Flask, Django

  • Proficiency in Python, Swift, UIKit, SwiftUI

  • Experience in SQL databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL

  • Ability to quickly learn new skills and solve complex problems independently

  • Strong collaboration, communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

  • Experience in overall architecture for products and solutions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proven track record of delivering complex and scalable applications

  • Knowledge and background in AWS, Docker, Kubernetes

  • Experience providing guidance and mentoring to less-experienced staff members

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $143,100 and $264,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
