Apple is seeking an EPM Manager to join the Retail and Events EPM team. This diverse team integrates hardware solutions for retail spaces and special Apple events, like new product announcements, developer conferences, and store openings. These solutions are crafted to produce the best possible first customer experience and introduction to Apple products.
Description
For this role, we are looking for a Program Manager with a minimum of 5+ years of project experience and 2+ years of direct management experience. If you are a motivated and curious individual, you will add great value to this role. Ability to deal with ambiguity and multitasking will be very useful skills. A technical background or work experience can be an advantage.
As a Retail and Events EPM, you will be supporting cross-functional teams like Marcom, Product Marketing, Retail Visual Merchandising, Channel Sales, Operations, Product Designers, and Industrial Design. You will be responsible for creating and driving alignment with cross-functional partners on the retail and channel roadmap. You will be exposed to a fast-paced consumer electronics environment. For you to thrive in this role, you need to have knowledge of product development processes as well as a strong understanding of manufacturing processes.
Minimum Qualifications
You should have at least 5 years of combined experience in project management delivering products comprised of multiple materials and high aesthetic quality, and 2 years of management experience.
You are comfortable driving day-to-day activities to meet overall project objectives.

Identify and direct all resources required to execute successful projects.
Collaborate and facilitate communication across engineering managers, operations managers, marketing managers, and our OEM partners to meet aggressive cost, schedule, and quality goals.
Lead cross-functional communication between project teams and external vendors.
Provide timely issue resolution and critical path management.
Offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management.
Understand technical issues and drive them to closure by bringing together key partners for decision-making.
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
Ability to filter and distill relevant information for the right audience.
Self-motivated and dedicated with demonstrated creative and critical thinking capabilities.
Ability to work in a high-pressure dynamic environment.
Understand and deal well with rapid development cycles; remain flexible and calm in the face of ambiguity.
Preferred Qualifications
Multinational development experience is a plus
Understanding CAD/Mechanical design is nice to have
Experience managing raw material development
Previous work or exposure to environmental initiatives and policies
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $165,500 and $293,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
