DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a talented 3 rd Shift Operations Team Manager to join our team specializing in Manufacturing in Seymour, IN.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Supervising Effectively : Your supervision will ensure that daily operations run smoothly, maintaining order and consistency in the production unit.

  • Implement Continuous Improvement : Identify areas for process improvement and apply methodologies to reduce costs and enhance quality in manufacturing processes.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • College, university or equivalent degree required, or equivalent experience required.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Supervisory experience preferred.

Additional Responsibilities/Information:

  • Supervisory experience is preferred

  • Must be willing to work 3rd shift

  • Must have the ability to work cross collaboratively
