Description
As a Clinical Analyst, you’ll be part of a team that builds new and exciting experiences around clinical data. You'll help identify interesting data trends and transform data-driven insights into products while working in an environment that highly values collaboration and continuous learning.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of experience with clinical or healthcare quality measures
A detailed understanding of medical coding standards, such as SNOMED-CT, ICD-9, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, LOINC, and RxNorm
Experience using tools to gather and organize information
Familiarity with coding skills in languages such as SQL and/or Python
Bachelor/Masters Degree in relevant field
Preferred Qualifications
Experience on a cross-functional team building digital consumer products
Experience with AI/ML applications in digital products
Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to simplify sophisticated clinical concepts
