Kforce has a client that is searching for a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:
- Responds to customer verbal and/or written inquiries
- Records details about customer inquiries
- Helps resolve complicated customer complaints
- Coordinates and expedites customer inquiries to other departments for resolution
Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience working as a Customer Service Representative
- Customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Any relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
