The Apple Wallet, Payments, and Commerce team is rapidly growing, entering new markets and adding innovative features to our products. You’ll work in a highly-energised environment with some of the most hardworking and creative individuals in the industry, inspiring you to share your experience and provide extraordinary support for the team.
Within Support & Sustaining Operations, we have a role that plays a crucial part in the success of Apple’s Wallet, Payments, and Commerce services. You’ll develop skills, gain exposure to global operations, and contribute to meaningful projects while learning in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Description
The ideal candidate is passionate about the customer experience, curious, loves solving complex problems, has strong inter-personal skills, and can collaborate internally and externally in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.

Minimum Qualifications
Previous experience in an operations role.
Strong interest in billing systems, compliance, and financial accuracy.
Strong collaboration and organisation skills.
Data-driven mindset with the ability to spot trends, discrepancies, and solutions.
Detail-oriented and highly organised approach to managing invoicing cycles.
