Job Description

Candidates for this position can be located in either Florham Park, NJ or Mettawa, IL. Talent will be hired at a level commensurate with experience.

Join our Peer-to-Peer/Customer Engagement team as a key contributor, where you’ll play an integral role in driving the larger team vision and ensuring our brand strategies are seamlessly implemented within Peer-to-Peer initiatives. Your focus will help align and amplify our customer engagement efforts to achieve impactful business outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee speaker utilization, programming budgets, and program/attendee metrics, including KPI reporting and monthly sales leadership updates.

  • Lead the annual speaker nomination, training, and compliance processes in collaboration with key stakeholders.

  • Drive P2P tactics and field communications, including speaker tours, program mix, and asset management through Veeva/MRP.

  • Plan and coordinate educational tours with Key Opinion Leaders and partner with sales teams on area-specific initiatives.

  • Maintain ongoing field communications, support sales leadership, and deliver initiatives to enhance Field Force Effectiveness.

  • Collaborate with compliance, Field Operations, and cross-functional partners to support coaching, address compliance, and implement process improvements for P2P programs.

  • Manage the P2P Team budget, manage annual planning and cost projections, track POs and invoices, and serve as liaison with finance.

  • Utilize marketing skills to analyze and execute, including solidifying and growing franchise market position. Execute go-to-market plans.

  • Make proposals and recommendations based on business direction, market dynamics and data. Maintain awareness of relevant market dynamics and trends, and the application on the franchise and business plans.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • 5-7 years of biopharmaceutical or other equivalent (relevant) experience

  • 2-3 years of marketing (brand or product management) experience

  • Strong analytics with excellent overall business acumen

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of P2P program management, additional marketing experience is a plus

Salary: $106,500 - $202,500
