Description

As a Manager on Apple’s Law Enforcement team you are a leader and an inspirational coach. You spend your days working alongside your team, coaching, developing and role-modeling the behaviors of a successful law enforcement specialist. Adaptable and flexible by nature, you’re a clear and direct communicator and aware of your impact on others.

In this role, you will:
- Lead and develop a diverse team of individuals responsible for working with law enforcement in the U.S. and around the world to respond to lawful requests for data.
- Help to design and build optimized workflows across multiple applications, databases, and processes to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Coordinate & support daily team work activities within established workflow structures, and handle critical issues.
- Identify areas for mentoring and guidance, and implement development programs for the team to build vital skills and knowledge to achieve performance goals.
- Hold your team accountable for ensuring compliance with legal process as well as adherence to Apple’s privacy policy.
- Provide meaningful insights, recommendations, and feedback.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of related experience.

  • A minimum of five years of direct management experience overseeing a team of non-exempt employees is required.

  • Ability to build, lead, and develop inclusive teams and attract and retain talent through performance management, coaching, guidance, and support.

  • Ability to set the pace for team members by energizing a sense of collaboration, urgency, quality and priority.

  • Must be comfortable with working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment where meeting deadlines is critical.

  • Proven background and extensive experience in drafting annual performance evaluations and crafting personalized development plans.

  • Outstanding collaboration and influencing skills.

  • Ability to communicate effectively, listen actively, and build strong relationships internally and externally by instilling trust and integrity.

  • Ability to motivate and inspire others, articulate vision and purpose, and advocate for Apple’s values.

  • Previous experience in documenting and implementing process and procedural changes for a team is required. The ability to incorporate diverse feedback from stakeholders is essential.

  • Passion for continuous improvement with the curiosity to uncover gaps, resilience to manage ambiguity, and drive to optimize processes and create solutions.

  • Clear and concise communication skills, both written and verbal.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in law enforcement compliance or in a legal operational role.

  • Empathy and resilience to support the needs of a diverse team, navigate ambiguity, and embrace change.

  • Experience working both as an individual, and part of a team, across diverse business functions throughout a matrixed organization.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $135,000 and $202,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
