  • Own meeting invites, agendas, record notes and host weekly check-ins to track progress.
  • Define project scopes and ensure estimates, POs, SOWs, etc are gathered and processed in a timely manner.
  • Communicate directly with external vendors to coordinate reviews, organize deliverables and ensure timely responses and feedback.
  • QA and test art for technical implementation on platforms (Mac, iPhone, iPad, etc).

  • An understanding of production studios and the triple bidding process; including the ability to evaluate a studio’s strengths and weaknesses, and help identify the best creative partner for the project.

  • Experience scheduling and leading clear and productive meetings.

  • Excellent note-taking and task management skills, with the ability to track creative milestones and goals in a timely, organized manner.

  • Experience presenting and sharing work with leadership, and the ability to parse out critical information from multiple inputs.

  • Experience with resource management and/or workload distribution for creative roles.

  • Fearlessness to ask the hard questions, seek clarity and facilitate seamless communications between parties, both written and verbal.

  • Possess the necessary knowledge and confidence to voice challenges, problem solve, and manage expectations, as necessary.
