The worldwide Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.

Work collaboratively with the broader Global Retail Support (GRS) team to design and deliver only at Apple experiences for our teams, crafting curated experiences and impactful content out of a deep understanding of the needs of our customers.

Description

This position will play a pivotal role in enhancing the employee experience by leading the teams that design, evaluate and execute strategies that foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance work culture. The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a deep understanding of organizational behavior, and a passion for Retail and leading teams.

  • Attract, develop and retain high performing talent of Engagement Program Managers.

  • Apply thought leadership to drive the design, development, implementation and management of internal engagement initiatives that align with Apple Retail priorities.

  • Develop strategic project proposals and return on investment ideas that transform employee experiences and performance.

  • Manage complex global projects to major timeline turning points.

  • Influence decisions through collaboration, leadership, and a customer-focused approach.

  • Establish productive relationships with field teams, Global Retail Support, and Apple partners globally.

  • Excel in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment operating at both strategic and tactical levels.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of Project Management experience with at least 5 years leading communication or learning and development programs

  • 3-5+ years managing a project management teams with experience in building and developing a diverse team of passionate individual contributors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Marketing, Learning experience Deign, Corporate Communications, Public Relations, Editorial Writing or related field preferred.

  • Experience leading programs at a global level, with considerations to local nuance and regulatory requirements

  • Strong business discernment needed to drive trade off decisions across senior partners and the impact to commercial outcomes.

  • Experience translating business concepts into a strategic roadmap and excellent delivery track record, with the ability to build multi-year program roadmaps.

  • Ability to lead and navigate organizational change, implementing new insights and/or business process changes effectively within the Apple culture

  • Outstanding organizational, documentation, and communication skills, with experience presenting to and influencing senior executives

  • Knowledge of industry leading professional practices for learning and development and communication strategies, preferably in a Retail environment

  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data and information, identify trends and problem statements, build innovative solutions and strategies, drive implementation and execution, and iterate. Show an intellectual curiosity to identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $182,500 and $274,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
