We are seeking a Program Manager with a strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously and efficiently—proactively anticipating leader needs and seamlessly coordinating with stakeholders to ensure priorities progress smoothly.
Job Responsibilities:
The Program Manager will drive operational rigor, managing key processes including colleague engagement efforts, and ensuring effective execution of program priorities. This role requires strong organization, communication, and a consistent track record of excellence operating within a high performing team environment.
Key Responsibilities include:
Operational Rigor and Process Excellence: Drive operational rigor across the organization by ensuring consistency, accuracy, and follow-through in day-to-day and long-term processes.
Executive Communications and Materials: Prepare executive-ready materials, including presentations, updates, summaries, and comprehensive communications for key business reviews with senior management, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strong storytelling.
Program Scorecard and KPI Visibility: Maintain a program scorecard, ensuring accurate and timely updates and clear visibility into progress against goals, KPIs, and strategic deliverables.
Analytical Support: Support leadership in activities requiring analysis, data consolidation, and synthesis of inputs to support decision-making.
Information Flow and Team Enablement: Ensure effective flow of information across the team by coordinating updates, structuring communications, and enabling timely follow-through on actions and commitments.
Confidential information handling: Manage sensitive information with discretion and exercise strong judgment in communications and access control.
Colleague Engagement and Culture: Lead colleague engagement efforts, including culture initiatives, recognition programs, surveys, and communication efforts that strengthen team connectivity.
Event Planning and Execution: Plan and execute in-person and virtual team events, such as town halls, summits, trainings, team-building activities, and special events, ensuring end-to-end logistics and a high-quality attendee experience.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter who is able to perform job function with limited guidance. The individual must be composed, organized, culturally aware and a strong communicator who can effectively multitask and prioritize as needs evolve. Additional qualifications include:
5 years of professional experience in business operations, administrative leadership, project coordination, or a related field.
Prior experience in Cybersecurity, Technology, Product or Portfolio related team is preferred.
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with focus on precision and command of corporate protocol
Consistent track record of taking complex technical information and translate it into clear communications (presentations/memos) for a variety of audiences
Ability to work across a large and diverse organization
Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and standard collaboration tools (e.g., Confluence, SharePoint, Slack).
Experience using AI tools like Microsoft CoPilot, and ChatGPT to drive efficiency, create content, and conduct analysis.
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Qualifications
Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
