Apple’s Sales organization generates the revenue needed to fuel our ongoing development of products and services. This in turn, enriches the lives of hundreds of millions of people around the world. Our sales team, is in many ways, the face of Apple to our largest customers.
In this role, you will lead B2B relationships with at least two emerging U.S. carrier partners and collaborate closely with one of Apple’s largest iPhone resellers. You will build and expand executive relationships, orchestrating cross-functional engagement, and leading complex deal negotiations across Apple product lines within Business segments. At the end of the day, we collaborate with partners to identify opportunities, develop account plans, and execute programs that drive business growth, resulting in exceptional customer experiences and increased adoption of the Apple ecosystem. Success in this role demands strategic influence, operational rigor, and the ability to align partner priorities with Apple’s broader business objectives.
This is a home office, field sales role based in any of the posting locations and requires up to 50% domestic travel.
Description
In this role, you will:
- Establish and nurture strong relationships with partners at all levels, including executive decision-makers, and cultivate cross-functional connections within Apple to align objectives and secure optimal outcomes.
- Identify new business opportunities, define and execute new models, outline negotiation strategies, and execute deals to meet quarterly and annual sales targets.
- Guide initiatives to improve account performance and partner dedication to Apple products, facilitating all aspects of account management from day-to-day to strategic interactions.
- Develop, negotiate, and finalize deals, including agreement drafting, and build a pipeline of longer-term opportunities in conjunction with other B2B teams.
- Understand partner challenges and perspectives, building strong business acumen and credibility to create the perfect intersection of Apple and partner objectives.
Minimum Qualifications
Typically requires a minimum of 7 years of related experience
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Background in technology sales, solution based selling, account development, and/or similar function developing channel growth strategies with partners
Significant experience in carrier, wireless, and/or telecom business environment
Experience working with businesses across Small Business, Mid Markets, Enterprise, and/or Public Sector
Deep knowledge and understanding of the carrier business (e.g., customer profiles, trends, challenges, opportunities, competitive landscape, etc.)
Ability to establish processes and drive excellence that elevates your external and internal partners
Expertise in executive relationship management
Outstanding communication, executive presentation, and storytelling skills
Ability to analyze trends, develop insights, and identify opportunities to create solutions and accelerate business growth
Strong negotiator and conflict resolver, trusted by HQ to manage complex contracts
Excellent collaboration and relationship building skills with the ability to influence cross-functionally and navigate partner organizational structures
Proven problem solver who enhances operations and elevates team performance
Ability to travel up to 50% (domestic)
