Summary

Imagine what you could do here. At Apple, new ideas have a way of becoming extraordinary products, services, and customer experiences very quickly. You bring passion and dedication to your job, and there's no telling what you could accomplish! At Apple, we work every day to create products that enrich people’s lives. We’re looking for an exceptional Executive Assistant to support a Vice President within Apple’s Worldwide Marketing Communications (Marcom) organization. This role ensures the VP’s day runs smoothly through expert time management, precise coordination, and thoughtful anticipation of needs. You’ll partner closely with teams across Marcom and Apple, contributing to key moments including product launches and large-scale team events. If you thrive in a fast-paced creative environment, excel at navigating complex priorities, and love supporting others in doing their best work, this role is for you.

Description

In this role, you will manage a highly dynamic schedule spanning multiple time zones, coordinate in-person and virtual meetings, and oversee complex domestic and international travel. You’ll prepare and track expenses, maintain a forward-looking lens on priorities, and ensure the VP is informed, prepared, and on time throughout the day. You will plan and support team events—including staff meetings, offsites, all-hands, and launch-related activities—while collaborating closely with other administrative partners and cross-functional teams. You’ll play a meaningful role in major Marcom and product launch moments, helping the VP and leadership team deliver at their best.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced or creative environments

  • Exceptional organizational skills with deep attention to detail

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the VP and team professionally

  • Strong business acumen and understanding of Marcom and cross-functional operations

  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and urgent situations with composure

  • Highly proactive and able to anticipate needs several steps ahead

  • Skilled at building strong partnerships with senior leaders and executive assistants across Apple

  • Demonstrated discretion in handling confidential and sensitive information

  • Flexible and adaptive when priorities shift

  • Positive, approachable, and diplomatic; able to set boundaries when appropriate

  • Comfortable stepping into last-minute requests or projects outside the traditional EA scope

  • Proficient in Apple software (Calendar, Keynote, Pages, Numbers, eApproval) and collaboration tools like Slack and Quip

  • Experience maintaining robust follow-up systems and managing competing deadlines

  • Willingness to provide occasional after-hours support, especially during travel or peak project periods

  • Comfortable operating behind the scenes to support someone in a highly visible role

  • Experience partnering with internal teams such as Executive Travel, IST, and Wellness

  • Ability to provide light technical support (software, hardware, device setup) in partnership with IT

  • Experience coordinating administrative production activities, including creative reviews and rehearsals

  • Ability to monitor and prepare for travel requirements (visas, vaccinations) well in advance

  • Willingness to travel as needed

  • Strong collaborator with other administrative partners, maintaining professionalism and teamwork

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting visionary creative leaders

  • Background in a creative studio, agency, or production environment

  • Ability to maintain a sense of humor and perspective in a fast-paced, high-pressure setting
