Apple is seeking a technical and highly adept Silicon Productization Engineering Program Manager to own the transition of custom Cellular Silicon from design to mass production. You will manage multi-functional teams responsible for design, silicon validation, yield optimization, test infrastructure, product engineering, packaging, quality & reliability.

Description

  • Drive end-to-end productization of custom silicon from pre-tape-out through tape-out, bring-up, validation & high-volume production.

  • Own program schedule, milestones and work you're doing across functional teams: Design, DFT, Silicon Validation, RF Systems, Technology, PTE, Qual, Packaging, Reliability

  • Drive technical teams to meet schedules and resolve issues by pulling together expert technical teams for data-driven decisions.

  • Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and facilitate conflict resolution.

  • Build, maintain, and report RMA metrics, problem-solving, FA, RC, and CA for silicon issues during NPI, reliability and EFFA phases.

  • Attend and drive technical sessions with suppliers/design partners to track and follow up on blocking issues.

Minimum Qualifications

  • BS and 3+ years relevant industry experience is required.

  • Prior Wireless SoC product/test/validation and debug engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Track record of hands-on product development, program management or engineering management.

  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • MS EE/ECE degree and 5+ years relevant industry experience is desired.

  • Technical background in cellular modem and RF chip bring-up, product development, test/validation, FW and integration will be highly desired for your success in this role.

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $134,800 and $245,800, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
