This role is part of Enterprise Digital, specifically the Enterprise Acquisition Product and Platform Team (EAPP). EAPP is centered around investing in the acquisition process and products to full growth and new accounts acquired across a range of products.

Overview

We are looking for a visionary and strategic Director of Acquisition Digital Product Management to lead a team of product managers focused on designing and optimizing digital acquisition journeys. In this role, you will be responsible for the strategy, execution, and performance of our acquisition experience across digital channels. You will manage a team of 4–6 product managers, ensuring seamless execution, cross-functional alignment, and continuous improvement of the acquisition funnel.

This role is ideal for a leader who combines strategic thinking, digital expertise, and operational rigor to drive customer growth, deliver exceptional user experiences, and meet business goals in a compliant and customer-first way.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Team Development

  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of 4–6 product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and collaboration.

  • Establish clear goals, provide coaching, and ensure consistent delivery of high-quality digital products.

  • Strategic Ownership

  • Define the long-term vision and strategy for acquisition apply experiences, aligning with enterprise growth goals.

  • Partner with key stakeholders to create and deliver on the roadmap, setting priorities that balance business impact, customer needs, and regulatory requirements.

  • Experience Management

  • Oversee the end-to-end acquisition journey, ensuring it is seamless, accessible, and optimized for conversion.

  • Partner with Design and User Experience teams to drive human-centered design principles across all digital touchpoints.

  • Operational Excellence

  • Ensure acquisition journeys meet all accessibility, security, and compliance requirements.

  • Oversee quarterly control testing, RCSA activities, and policy alignment for acquisition experiences.

  • Drive measurement frameworks, reporting, and KPIs for acquisition funnel performance.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with Analytics, Design , Marketing, Legal/Compliance, Engineering, and Operations to deliver cohesive and compliant acquisition experiences.

  • Serve as the primary business owner and advocate for the acquisition experience in enterprise forums.

  • Innovation & Growth

  • Introduce new capabilities, testing strategies, and technologies to continuously improve acquisition.

  • Stay informed on digital trends and competitor strategies to keep the business at the forefront of customer acquisition.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.

  • 5-8 years of experience in digital product management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing product managers.

  • Proven track record of driving acquisition or growth initiatives at scale, ideally in a regulated industry.

  • Strong knowledge of digital funnels, conversion optimization, and data-driven decision-making.

  • Experience with A/B testing, analytics platforms, and customer feedback loops.

  • Deep familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG) and regulatory considerations.

  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to balance strategy and execution, with a strong sense of accountability for results.

Qualifications

Salary Range: $144,250.00 to $256,250.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefits
