We're looking for a sharp, proactive Executive Assistant to support two senior Retail leaders. You're someone who stays three steps ahead, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings genuine enthusiasm to everything you do — from managing a complex calendar to pulling off a flawless offsite.
Description
You'll be the operational backbone for two executives, keeping them organized, prepared, and focused on what matters most. You bring strong judgment, discretion, and a knack for finding smarter ways to work.
Minimum Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting senior-level executives
Proficiency in Apple productivity tools (Keynote, Numbers, Pages, Mail, Calendar) and platforms like Slack and Box
Proven ability to manage complex calendars and travel across multiple time zones
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize independently in a fast-moving environment
Demonstrated discretion with confidential information
Preferred Qualifications
Experience building processes and systems that keep teams running smoothly
Comfort with AI and productivity tools — curiosity and willingness to learn goes a long way
Ability to spot issues early and pivot quickly when priorities shift
A collaborative spirit — you work well solo and alongside other admins
Strategic thinking with an understanding of the bigger business picture
Global awareness — time zones, cultural nuance, and international logistics
