Summary

AC Wellness Network LLC is a subsidiary of Apple Inc. and is the dedicated management services organization (MSO) for AC Wellness, a dedicated independent medical group that serves Apple Wellness Centers in Santa Clara Valley. Our mission is to deliver the world’s best healthcare experiences for Apple employees.

As part of the Clinical Team, ACW is looking for an individual who will partner with team members to develop new care experiences. Candidates must possess deep subject matter expertise in designing and implementing clinical care models. The candidate should also have an understanding of a variety of health systems and consumer-oriented health offerings.

This is a site-based role.

Description

The ideal candidate will have a strong desire to build innovative patient-centered experiences, is effective at executing detailed deliverables on time, is capable of working closely with cross-functional teams, engages in open discussion and debate well, and is not afraid of a challenge. This person must be an out-of-the box thinker dedicated to building excellent innovative experiences for users/patients, even at the expense of provider satisfaction, while advocating constantly for functional yet delightful designs for providers and patients.

Minimum Qualifications

• MD or DO

• 3+ years of experience in clinical practice

• 2+ years in care model design or implementation

Preferred Qualifications

• Board certified in internal medicine, emergency medicine, or family medicine

• Has experience with outpatient care across multiple health systems / practice settings (ie kaiser vs private vs academic)

• Product development experience

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to simplify complex clinical concepts and communicate these to non-medical team members.

• Independent self-starter who thrives in complex and ambiguous environments
