Description
In this role, you’ll help drive and execute space planning strategies that support Apple Ads spaces globally. The work combines strategic thinking, operational rigor, and design sensibility.
You’ll play a crucial role in projects within the spatial planning and seating strategy initiatives across our global footprint. This includes managing construction-related projects, coordinating with cross functional partners, and ensuring design plans are implemented accurately and meet the needs or our teams. You’ll also lead the development of programming and blocking plans for new spaces and work with senior leaders to create seating plans that reflect organizational requirements, team workflows, and business priorities.
Minimum Qualifications
7-10 years of experience in space planning, workplace strategy, or real estate project management
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in Apple Keynote, with demonstrated ability to communicate spatial strategies through clear, compelling, and well structured presentations
Strong understanding of how physical environments influence team dynamics, collaboration, and workflows
Comfort analyzing and synthesizing data to inform planning decisions, identify inconsistencies early, and proactively resolve issues
A steady, solutions-oriented approach, with the ability to navigate competing priorities, perspectives and stakeholders with professionalism and clarity
Demonstrated commitment to improving processes and tools with a focus on organization, efficiency, and scalability
Preferred Qualifications
Strong strategic thinking skills, with an ability to make complex concepts into actionable recommendations
A deep appreciation for Apple’s brand, values, and culture, with a drive to raise the bar on workplace experiences and design excellence
Hands-on problem solver who is comfortable operating at both strategic and execution levels
An entrepreneurial mindset with a deep understanding of technology, engineering, product, and go to market workflows
Experience partnering directly with senior leaders to shape outcomes and influence decision-making
Experience working with and supporting a global team
Familiarity with workplace management platforms (e.g., TRIRIGA)
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent professional experience
