Description

The Executive Operations team within Apple Corporate Communications helps manage the logistics and operations of executive corporate travel and events. We are looking for an Advance Associate to handle the executive trip planning and execution for various members of the Executive Team.

This includes the coordination of relevant partners throughout Apple, as well as relationship management with external partners throughout the process. This role will be tasked with high-touch principal management and staffing, and will provide support for daily team operations. Vital qualifications include meaningful experience leading high-level principals and the ability to problem solve in fast-paced situations. The individual will be a strategic thinker, a team player, and have outstanding verbal and written communication skills. International travel experience is useful as it is a substantial component of the position.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years relevant experience in executive logistics, advance.

  • Demonstrated experience leading high-level principals, existing relationships with executives.

  • Experience with executive tour schedule development.

  • Strong team collaborator who works effectively across functions.

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strategic, forward-thinking mindset.

  • Calm, composed, and effective under pressure.

  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot and proactively address risks, gaps, or breakdowns in communication.

  • Comfortable operating in highly cross-functional, fast-paced environments.

  • Ability to delegate while maintaining oversight over the outcome.

  • Flexibility to support off-business-hours work during critical launch windows.

  • Able to see across workflows, dependencies, and timelines to prevent issues before they occur.

  • Performs effectively during high-stakes launches with compressed timelines.

  • Takes accountability for outcomes, not just inputs.

  • Able to move seamlessly between a high-level view of overall launch strategy and deep, execution-level detail.
