DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a talented Operations Project Support Associate to join our team specializing in Manufacturing for our Cummins Inc. facility in York, SC.
In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:
Champion Safety and Environmental Responsibility You will actively promote a culture of safety by identifying and correcting hazards, using PPE, and ensuring compliance with HSE standards—protecting both people and the environment.
Lead by Example As a formal resource and coordinator, you’ll guide and support team members, sharing your expertise to elevate the performance and confidence of others.
Drive Quality Excellence You will help uphold and improve quality standards by identifying issues early, applying problem-solving tools, and mentoring others in best practices.

Education/Experience
High school diploma or certificate of completion of secondary education or equivalent experience to the extent such experience meets applicable regulations.
This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.
Significant work experience and in-depth knowledge obtained through specialized training and relevant experience.
QUALIFICATIONS
Additional Information

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools
Ability to gather, analyze, and present operational data.
Effective communication and coordination across departments
Basic understanding of manufacturing processes and lean principles

Experience supporting cross-functional projects is a plus.
