This role will focus on understanding the current-state content landscape—including tools, processes, and team structures—and guiding the transformation to a modernized, scalable, and automated content platform. Your efforts will streamline how we manage creative assets, product content, imagery, video, CGI, and marketing copy across the enterprise, ensuring consistency, speed-to-market, and digital readiness.

A day in the life as a Lead Developer, Content Lifecycle Operations…
Serve as the primary administrator for workflow platforms (e.g., Adobe Workfront) and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), overseeing user setup, permissions, groups, system configurations, and templates
Provide day-to-day platform support for AEM and workflow tools, including responding to user requests, resolving technical issues, coordinating with vendor support, and managing upgrades and releases
Deliver ongoing user training, onboarding, documentation, and adoption support to drive consistent and effective platform use across teams
Design and implement scalable workflows, intake forms, approval paths, custom dashboards, and reporting tools in partnership with business stakeholders
Configure and optimize key elements within AEM and workflow platforms, such as project templates, metadata schemas, content components, statuses, and automated notifications to streamline content delivery and operational efficiency
Analyze and improve existing processes, identifying opportunities for automation, integration, or simplification across tools and teams
Support the end-to-end content lifecycle, ensuring alignment of workflows and platforms managing assets such as images, video, CGI, product copy, and marketing content
Help enforce consistent metadata, taxonomy, tagging, rights management, and governance practices across systems such as AEM, DAM, PIM, and workflow tools.
Collaborate with cross-functional partners in IT, engineering, creative, and marketing operations to ensure seamless integration across the content technology ecosystem, including CMS, DAM, PIM, CDN, and creative tools
Contribute to content governance efforts by supporting platform reliability, version control, data consistency, and process standardization
Build and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide insights into project health, asset throughput, workflow efficiency, and team performance
Use operational data and platform analytics to support resource planning, improve adoption, and inform continuous process improvement across the content supply chain
What you’ll bring to the table…
Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront's full admin suite: user/group management, queue setup, layout templates, approval processes, custom forms, and reporting
Strong understanding of content asset workflows including product imagery, video, CGI, and editorial content
Experience working with or integrating systems like Adobe AEM, DAM platforms (Widen, Adobe Assets, Bynder), and PIM tools (Salsify, Akeneo, etc.)
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills; proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into scalable solutions
Familiarity with creative and production tools such as Figma, Frame.io, Capture One, Templafy, Miro
Knowledge of content delivery via CDNs (e.g., Akamai, Cloudinary)
Experience working in ecommerce, retail, or consumer product environments
Understanding of Agile workflows, sprint planning, and iterative process improvement

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Digital Media, Marketing Operations, or a related field
3+ years of hands-on administration experience with Adobe Workfront or similar workflow/project management platforms.
5+ years of experience in enterprise workflow, content operations, or digital project management
Experience supporting tool rollouts and driving user adoption through enablement strategies

Minimum Starting Rate: $126,960.00 Annually
Up to: $158,700.00 Annually
Pay ranges will be adjusted upward as needed to comply with applicable state and local law. In addition to your salary, based on your role, associates may be eligible for other compensation including bonuses, sales incentives, and long term incentives.
