In this role, you will oversee the curation of briefings at the Executive Briefing Center (EBC). The EBC accelerate and grows sales opportunities through highly curated briefing experiences. This role will be a consultative selling expert within the EBC, translating business goals into high-impact briefings. You will establish standard processes for curating briefings that resonate with customers and partners, address their business challenges, and contribute to business development for Apple.
Description
In this role, you will:
Oversee the curation of executive briefings, aligning content and speakers with Apple's priorities and sales team needs
Partner with sales, marketing, and product to translate customer insights into impactful briefing agendas
Identify content gaps and drive the creation of compelling, relevant briefing materials
Build and manage a world-class speaker bureau, empowering internal experts to deliver exceptional presentations
Define and enforce curation standards, ensuring consistent excellence across all briefings.
Oversee the flawless execution of high-profile briefings, creating exceptional customer experiences
Serve as a strategic partner to sales teams, providing expert guidance on briefing strategy
Maintain technical expertise in briefing center technologies
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of leadership experience
10+ years experience in client or customer management, including understanding and synthesizing needs, identifying solutions, and facilitating debriefs
Expert consultative selling skills
Experience working closely with client-facing teams
Strong communication skills, including deep listening, written and verbal communication, and presentations
Demonstrated ability to facilitate meetings of 5-50 internal and external partners
Highly collaborative and success in building strong relationships across an organization
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in client services, management consulting, or similar advisory roles with enterprise technology companies
Proven ability to architect executive briefings or strategic customer meetings that achieve specific business objectives
Experience building or managing a speaker bureau, or equivalent
Demonstrated understanding of sales cycles and customer priorities
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $191,400 and $288,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
