Job Description

• Shoot and edit high-quality video content that aligns with brand and creative objectives

• Collaborate with writers, designers, and creative managers to develop engaging visual storytelling and understand editing requirements and expectations

• Assist in planning and executing video shoots, including shot lists, lighting, and equipment setup

• Ensure brand consistency and technical excellence across all video projects

• Manage multiple projects, meeting deadlines while maintaining creative quality

• Stay current on video production trends, editing techniques,

• Lead by example in creative execution and communication

• Operate professional camera equipment (including Blackmagic cameras or similar) to capture high-quality visuals.

• Maintain a positive attitude and adapt to different shooting environments (studio, location).

• Focuses on creating compelling video edits and assisting video shoots.

Qualifications

• Experience of 5+ years within the design or advertising required.

• Technical skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Cloud applications (After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator), and experience with project management tools.

• 5+ years of experience in a creative, team oriented and deadline driven environment developing videos with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A high degree of initiative with a collaborative, solutions oriented and innovative approach to every assignment. Adaptable and reliable, able to process and respond to feedback quickly and effectively.

• Portfolio: Must provide work samples to be considered

• Able to work overtime when needed.

• Experience in pharmaceutical or other highly regulated industry preferred
