The Advertising Team oversees Apple’s advertising activities worldwide, and is the bridge between Marcom and Apple’s advertising agency, Media Arts Lab (MAL) and OPMG (Omnicom’s Precision Marketing Group). We partner with many internal groups, including Finance, Legal, Product Marketing, Partner Communications, Interactive, Retail and Education. We also maintain positive relationships with our Apple and MAL international offices. Developing and fostering productive partnerships is an essential requirement of every member of our team.

Description

The Ad Producer role will be responsible for leading the creative development and production process, ensuring accuracy and internal communication for all advertising initiatives. You are a strategic and data-driven marketer with proven experience managing integrated full funnel campaigns, with focus on large-scale social media campaigns and performance marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who understands the rigor of big brand standards but thrives in an agile, results-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement our creative across channels to support integrated efforts across advertising and social, including review and routing of concepts to ensure quality and accuracy from a legal and product perspective, and review and approval of localization strategies and creative with our international offices.

  • Lead confidential launch initiatives while working to maintain security and secrecy through the duration of the project. Handle disclosure lists and maintain strict security procedures on set and with our vendors.

  • Manage production budgets, and review production estimates to ensure projects are on track and within budget. Partner closely with managers to provide ongoing updates on the status of production to ensure accurate financial reporting.

  • Communicate with relevant groups throughout Apple to ensure they are kept up to date on the progress of our ads, have all necessary materials, and are aligned with our work, as well as the journey after people engage with our creative in media.

  • For MAL-originated campaigns, this role will manage the day-to-day relationship with their account team and help see creative through development from briefing to delivery. For Marcom-originated campaigns, you will partner with internal teams to develop creative from briefing to delivery.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 7 + years of production experience in an Advertising or Creative Agency and/or Brand

  • Has produced and launched digital/social advertising campaigns on global brands in international markets

  • Drives production workflows, creative shares and schedules across multiple teams, amongst internal / external cross-functional partners

Preferred Qualifications

  • Has built a social presence for a brand, with understanding of international social platforms

  • Experienced in influencer partnerships and social activations

  • Considers themselves a modern marketer with a deep understanding of performance marketing, making data-driven recommendations for ongoing improvements and optimizations

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to get results throughout projects

  • Approach problems flexibly and with a willingness to adapt to arrive at the best solution

  • Very detail oriented with extraordinary follow-through skills

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $146,800 and $221,200, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
