DESCRIPTION

Job Summary:

Supervise the daily activities of a production unit or team, ensuring efficient and effective operations.

In this role you will make an impact in the following ways:

  • Oversee daily activities of the production team, including managing team members, maintaining housekeeping standards, and meeting production targets.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance safety, productivity, quality, and operational efficiency.

  • Lead projects and work assignments, providing guidance and feedback to team members to achieve tasks and goals.

  • Set clear expectations and responsibilities, coaching and mentoring team members to foster their development.

Education, Licenses, Certifications:

  • A college, university, or equivalent degree is required, or equivalent experience.

  • This position may require licensing for compliance with export controls or sanctions regulations.

Experience:

  • Supervisory experience is preferred.
