This role is an ‘apprentice’ type position in Software Testing, meaning they do not have to have any prior experience as we give them the baseline knowledge to cultivate the onsite applied learning, but an individual that may have had prior employment history and a level of education past the Secondary Level would be most likely be more successful in this role. A BA or BS is preferred but also successful completion of college accredited courses.
Baseline Qualifications include:
- Ability to work independently & in a team environment on assigned tasks
- Ability to make decisions independently, as it relates to assigned tasks
- Good verbal & written communication skills
- Basic Math Skills
- Basic Computer Skills, specifically with MS Word, Outlook (email), Excel, Snipping / Screen shot tools, etc.
- Ability to build subject matter expertise in the financial industry, as well as quality assurance methodologies & principles
- Prior work experience is a plus.
