How will you make an impact in this role?
The Senior Manager, 1LOD Program Enablement is responsible for responsible for driving enterprise change management to ensure financial crimes remediation initiatives are effectively adopted, embedded, and sustained across the First Line of Defense. This role owns the 1LOD Program Enablement Framework and will lead stakeholder engagement, training, and enablement activities. By tracking adoption, assessing sustainability, and triggering re-entry into issue management when fixes do not hold, this role ensures remediation outcomes translate into durable risk reduction and meet regulatory expectations.
Own and continuously evolve the 1LOD Program Enablement Framework supporting financial crimes remediation across the First Line
Develop and execute enterprise engagement and enablement plans , including:
organizational and staffing changes
rollout of new frameworks, standards, and procedures
operating model and process updates
Partner with 1LOD Program Execution and 1LOD Program Reporting to align change activities to remediation milestones, risks, and delivery priorities
Track adoption, usage, and effectiveness of remediation changes using defined metrics and qualitative feedback
Perform post-implementation sustainability checks to validate controls, processes, and behaviors remain effective over time
Trigger re-entry into issue management or remediation workflows when adoption breaks down or fixes fail to sustain
Support onboarding, training, and enablement activities , ensuring impacted teams understand new expectations, processes, and controls
Ensure change activities are regulator-ready , with clear documentation, evidence of adoption, and traceability to remediation commitments
Minimum Qualifications
5 years of experience in change management, transformation, program enablement, or operational risk implementation
Proven experience leading enterprise-wide change initiatives in highly regulated environments
Strong understanding of change management methodologies, adoption measurement, and sustainability practices
Experience partnering with business, operations, risk, compliance, and training teams to embed change at scale
Demonstrated ability to assess effectiveness, identify breakdowns, and drive corrective action
Excellent communication skills with experience developing executive, enterprise, and frontline communications
Comfortable operating in complex, matrixed environments with competing priorities and regulatory scrutiny
Bachelor Degree

Salary Range: $103,750.00 to $174,750.00 annually bonus benefits
