Description

In the SDS Compliance Investigations Team Manager role, you will be responsible for providing daily supervision of a Compliance Investigations team. The Compliance Investigations team conducts sanctions screenings of new and existing Apple accounts by utilizing internal systems, commercial databases, and public records. You will support the team by providing coaching and development and managing the daily execution of the business.

Responsibilities include:

Manage the performance of 13-15 Compliance Investigators and support their success.
Drive team performance to meet or exceed targeted metrics for productivity and accuracy.
Conduct regular 1:1s, team meetings and development conversations with employees.
Lead regular calibration sessions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with SDS partners and peers.
Identify innovative ideas to improve the experience of Apple customers.

Minimum Qualifications

  • People management experience a plus

  • Previous fraud, sanctions or compliance experience a plus

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience

Pay & Benefits

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $78,312 and $117,520, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
