Job Description

Speech Zone, a small private pediatric therapy center, located on Manhattan’s Upper West Side, is looking for a personable and qualified administrator / office manager to oversee daily office management and administration of the company.
Responsibilities include:
· Greeting clients and families
· Responding to all telephone and email inquiries
· Preparing correspondence, presentations, reports, and proposals
· Creation and upkeep of computer files, database and filing system
· Creating and maintaining therapist’s schedules
· Preparing, sending and processing all invoices and receipts to debtors
· Maintaining a highly functional office atmosphere, including ordering and maintaining supplies, equipment, etc.
The Administrator/Office Manager must be detail oriented, able to multi-task, strong organizational skills, enthusiastic, a quick learner who recognizes when to take initiative and able to work well with a growing team.
Salary commensurate with experience.
Qualifications include:
Proficiency in Word, Excel, and other Office applications. Knowledge of Quickbooks a plus. Knowledge of Social Media a plus.
Previous administrative experience preferred
