How will you make an impact in this role?
We're looking for a talented and passionate Senior Associate Product Operations Manager to join the EDX Product Operations team. The Senior Associate in Digital Product Operations will develop a broad understanding of all digital features and support Product Operations Managers in bringing efficiencies and organization to EDX Product team.
Support manage JIRA reporting and contribute to the evolution of JIRA standards/best practices in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
Develop and maintain robust communication across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Support Product Directors and Managers in prioritization and ensuring capacity assessments and current prioritization statuses are captured accurately.
Facilitate PI ceremonies and other forums to develop and maintain robust communication across teams throughout the product development lifecycle.
Contribute to continual process improvement across the EDX Product team, including identifying process gaps and actively working on fixes/resolutions.
Own processes for EDX strategic programs and maintain documentation with up-to-date info to be compliant.

Analytical – ability to synthesize data relating to features, themes, and capacity.
Proactive and enthusiastic – must be excited about the digital space and the external environment and a self-starter with a strong affinity to bring projects to a close quickly.
Strategic thinker – ability to see both the big picture and the details and to translate business requirements into an actionable delivery plan
Detail oriented & organized – active involvement in backlog development requires a process-driven mindset with a strong attention to detail and ability to manage details in an environment with changing priorities.
Fun and outgoing – we’re looking for someone who can contribute to the strong team culture of our co-located and diverse team.
Advanced of knowledge of JIRA, PowerPoint, Excel, Word
Qualifications
Salary Range: $89,250.00 to $150,250.00 annually bonus benefits
