Summary

Imagine what you could do here! The people here at Apple don’t just create products — they build the kind of wonder that’s revolutionized entire industries. It’s the diversity of those people and their ideas that inspires the innovation that runs through everything we do, from amazing technology to industry-leading environmental efforts. At Apple, inclusion is a shared responsibility, and we work together to foster a culture where everyone belongs and is inspired to do their best work.

The WW Apple Retail Engagement, Marketing & Merchandising (REMM) team defines, makes and delivers programs, campaigns, initiatives and experiences that help Apple Retail’s customers and teams discover, be inspired by, learn about and go further with Apple’s products and services, and does so in a manner that is true to our values.

As a Cross-Functional Producer, you will have the opportunity to bring big, innovative ideas to life. You will be responsible for driving cross-Retail experience innovation, blending storytelling and technology to create magical moments for our customers. You will be at the center of projects with high leadership visibility, partnering with creative, strategy and technical teams to guide work from initial concept to a successful launch that engages our Retail teams and is seen by millions.

Description

In this role, you serve as the unifying thread—connecting designers, writers, strategists, marketers, engineers, producers, program managers and other partners across REMM, Retail, and Apple. You will guide the project from start to finish, making sure everyone is on the same page and the project is delivered successfully.

  • Own and manage the end-to-end project workflow, establishing clear processes to ensure a smooth execution from concept to launch.

  • Orchestrate collaboration across internal teams and external agency partners, driving alignment and momentum throughout the work.

  • Act as the central point of contact across a wide range of cross-functional teams, ensuring visibility, accountability, and progress at every stage.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in creative production, content development, or experiential marketing to ensure familiarity with experience design and creative workflows.

  • Skilled in defining project scope, identifying resource needs, estimating project costs and building alignment.

  • Proven success delivering large-scale creative projects across multiple teams.

  • Excellent communicator with ability to drive clarity and connection across complexity.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Deeply collaborative — Builds strong relationships across teams and functions; thrives in cross-functional environments.

  • Calm and focused under pressure — Brings clarity and steadiness in fast-moving, high-stakes situations. Energizing partner who helps teams stay inspired.

  • Skilled in navigating complexity — Simplifies ambiguous or layered challenges without losing sight of the details.

  • Energizing and intuitive partner — Spots gaps, asks the right questions, and helps teams move forward with confidence.

  • Flexible and adaptable — Adjusts approach based on project needs, partner styles, and shifting priorities.

  • Strong communicator — Explains creative thinking clearly and effectively to diverse partners, including technical teams.

  • Passionate about innovation and storytelling — Demonstrates passion for storytelling and innovation—especially experiences that blend design, technology, and purpose.
