Description
The Insight Analytics Engineering team serves as Apple's central data manufacturing analytics needs, designing and maintaining enterprise-scale data pipelines and real-time analytics platforms that process petabytes of data daily. We partner with all business functions—from Hardware Engineering. Operations, AppleCare —delivering custom data engineering solutions, self-service analytics tools, and automated reporting systems that enable data-driven decision making.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelors/Masters in technical field (math, statistics, engineering, computer science, analytics, or similar)
8+ years of hands-on experience with data analytics in large scale volumes in Cloud environment AWS and GCP.
Experience with Spark, SQL, Iceberg, Trino and Big Data systems and tools
Programming skills in Scala, Java, Python, Jupyter Notebook
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work with various multi-functional teams to gather input and provide guidance
Ability to present information to peers and senior management
Ability to bring creative, simple and logical approaches to complex problems
Technical minded with the ability to learn new technologies
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $162,500 and $244,600, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
