Description
The Global Benefits Leader will be responsible for shaping and leading Apple’s global benefits strategy, ensuring programs are competitive, inclusive and aligned with our values. This role will oversee the design, governance and execution of health, retirement, well-being, and ancillary benefits worldwide, partnering with senior leaders and regional People teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet employee needs. With a focus on long-term sustainability and adaptability, the Global Benefits Leader will leverage data, manage global vendors, and anticipate emerging trends to create a holistic benefits experience that supports employees and their families at every stage of life.
Minimum Qualifications
15+ years of progressive experience in employee benefits, with significant global exposure.
Proven track record of designing, implementing and managing large-scale, multinational benefits programs.
Deep knowledge of health, retirement, well-being and ancillary benefit plans across multiple regions.
Strong leadership skills with experience managing global teams and external vendor relationships.
Strong organizational leadership and resource management skills; able to prioritize effectively and lead through complexity.
Demonstrated ability to influence executives and senior stakeholders with data-drive insights.
Exceptional analytical, problem-solving and financial acumen.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related discipline.
Preferred Qualifications
MBA, Master’s degree in HR, Finance, or related discipline.
Demonstrated success in global benefits and change management initiatives.
Proven ability to optimize program administration processes within Apple and with vendors.
Ability to understand unique needs of a diverse workforce while delivering consistent programs and experiences globally.
Experience leveraging technology and data analytics to optimize benefit offerings and costs.
High learning agility with the ability to balance existing processes while driving meaningful change.
Deep curiosity and a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and excellence.
Strong understanding of emerging trends in employee well-being, mental health, and total rewards.
Strong alignment with Apple’s culture, values, and mission to enrich lives through technology.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $254,800 and $408,000, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple’s discretionary employee stock programs. Apple employees are eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards, and can purchase Apple stock at a discount if voluntarily participating in Apple’s Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
