We are looking for a Program Operations - QA Specialist to join our Ad Platforms team who is a self motivated individual with strong technical and communication skills to handle responsibilities which include content review, trafficking and scheduling of ads and quality assurance of our product. This role will work closely with Business Operations and sales teams to best operationalize campaign setup through our systems. We're looking for a strong individual with integrity and acute attention to detail who would like to play a key role in a fast-paced environment.
Description
Support the QA end-to-end process for display and video properties. Which includes content review, campaign and asset trafficking.
Collaborate with both Business and Operation teams to help, optimize and streamline workflows to increase team efficiencies and elevate service to clients and advertisers.
Assist with collecting performance reporting to ensure accurate data of outlined campaigns.
Identify, and report issues, patterns, and trends on the platform.
Ability to quickly learn and use various internal tools to review and moderate content on the platform.
Communicate and collaborate effectively with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
Develop innovative solutions to track and analyze datasets.
Think both quantitatively and qualitatively to evaluate and address policy enforcement
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of advertising or QA experience
Detailed comprehension and experience in trafficking video, display and other interactive formats
Experience with a video ad server (FreeWheel, GAM etc.)
Experience with ad management systems (AOS, Salesforce etc.)
Experience with cloud collaboration services (Airtable, Monday etc.)
Preferred Qualifications
Firm understanding of the advertising video marketplace, vendors, and third-party technologies
Detailed orientated and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic marketplace and work environment
Solid experience of delivering insights based on data analytics.
Strong verbal, writing communication, organization and time management skills required.
Familiarity with Apple products and services, especially MacOS, iOS.
Incredible attention to details and ability to navigate ambiguity effectively.
Pay & Benefits
At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $129,600 and $236,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
