A People Business Partner embodies our culture and core values. You will deliver a full spectrum of both strategic and tactical HR support and programs to the organization, from educating clients on compensation practices, labor and employee relations, performance management, and career development, to advising on various management topics.
Description
In this role, you will partner with senior People Business Partners and business leaders to support the People strategy. The client group for this role is the People team (this is a "People for People” role), supporting the very experts who help build and keep the extraordinary talent at Apple.
Minimum Qualifications
3+ years of proven performance as an HR Business Partner, HR Generalist, or in HR Support
BA/BS or equivalent is preferred
Able to work occasionally aligned to European and Asian time zones
Preferred Qualifications
Energetic, curious, resourceful, and self-motivated
Impeccable judgment
Strong project management and Excel skills
Strong interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated experience working collaboratively in cross-functional teams
Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to changing needs and priorities
Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems & tools
Experience in an HR center of excellence
Workday knowledge
